The Nurturing Rituals Tea Circle

Because Nurturing Rituals work best when you incorporate them into your day to day life, I wanted to create something that you can do at home when you might only have a few minutes. A moment of calm and connection anytime you might need it. 
My tea blends, that I've been sharing with you after sound meditations, have become really important to me. Gathering the ingredients mother nature is offering and mixing them with my intention is the start of all my sessions. 
The tea circle is a monthly subscription, delivered through your letter box each month. It contains a thoughtfully blended herbal tea carefully crafted for the season ahead, to support your body and mind. There is a nurturing ritual included, encouraging selfcare and reflection. 
My hope is that the tea circle connects us together and connects us to nature and season.
